Return and Exchange Policy

Texas Select Vapor wants every purchase you make with us to be as great as possible but we understand that sometimes you may have ordered something by accident or decided that something you purchased just wasn't what you wanted. Any product's eligibility for return or exchange is subject to the following:

E-LIQUID PRODUCTS

E-liquids are not returnable because our liquids are made fresh-to-order (with the exception of Trail Chaser™ products). You may find that you've purchased several flavors in the past and absolutely loved them but after trying a new product, it wasn't what you'd hoped it would be. Unfortunately, we cannot control how each individual will like a product because taste is highly subjective. 

HARDWARE PRODUCTS

We allow up to 14 days from the date the order was shipped in which you may return the items for an in-store credit. We do not issue refunds to your credit card for any returned merchandise. Items that are eligible for return must comply with the following:

  • Fully functional, unopened item in its original packaging
  • Item(s) is not an item that was purchased on a clearance or closeout sale
  • Item is not a drip tip or any other user contact item

EXCHANGES

We have different exchange policies based on the type of product, please see below:

  • E-liquid Products: Although it rarely occurs, we're all human. If you feel that your e-liquid may have been mislabeled, we will happily replace the product along with your next order (at our discretion). If you received a bottle of e-liquid that leaked or has been broken in transit, do not touch the liquid or packaging. Instead, give us a call at +1 (855) 867-3547 and we will guide you through proper disposal and replacement of your e-liquid item(s).
  • Hardware Products: If during the product's warranty period (stated on the individual product page), your item begins to exhibit faulty behavior, we will gladly exchange for an identical item or similar product (if the same model is not available). If no similar model is available, we will offer you a store credit once we deem the product defective.
