WHY DOES MY CARD GET DECLINED?

Most decline errors are caused by mismatched billing address information. If you are receiving a decline message when you are trying to check out, please double check your billing address information to ensure it's an exact match to what your bank has on file for you. Please go through the following if you still have trouble checking out on our site due to a credit card decline message.

  • Double check your Billing Address to ensure it matches what the bank has on file for you.
  • Double check the CVV Code (3 digit code) from the back of your credit card to make sure it matches what you have entered.
  • If you've already checked the billing address and CVV and they all match, your card may be declined for other reasons. It's best to check with your bank to find out what is causing the decline message.

WHY DOES MY BANK STATEMENT SHOW MORE THAN ONE CHARGE?

If you continue to try to submit your order using the same information used when your card was declined, you will see an attempted authorization for each attempt. These charges will not go through and you should see them drop off of your statement after 24-48 hours.
