Certain aspects of placing an order online can be a little confusing at times and we're here to try to make things a little more clear. We try to make ordering from Texas Select Vapor as easy as possible and hope that you'll find the following information useful. WHY DOES MY ORDER STATUS MEAN?
When an order is placed, an order status is assigned to that order to indicate the order's current state of processing. You can check your order status at any time through My Account / Order History. The following order statuses are used by our processing team:
- Processing: We've received your order and it's currently being reviewed and fulfilled by our team. Typically, orders with this status will be shipped within 24 hrs. during normal business hours.
- Manual Age Verification Required: We've received your order and will review the age verification information you submitted when you completed checkout. If you skipped this step, please find your order number and complete our age verification form.
- Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled either by your request or a failure to submit age verification information for your order. Any amount spent to pay for this order will be voided or refunded to the original form of payment or in the form of a store credit (with prior approval).
- Shipped: Congrats, your order is on its way to you. Sit back, relax, and give the order 3-5 days (typical transit time) to arrive. We'll send you an email to confirm the delivery once we see the tracking information shows the package has arrived.
HOW LONG BEFORE MY ORDER SHIPS?
Once you've placed your order with us, we ask that you give us 24 hrs. (during business hours) to fulfill your order for you. During peak seasons, please allow up to 48 hrs. for your order to be processed and shipped out. Processing time is only applicable to orders that are in the processing order status.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you placed an order by accident or need to cancel your order, please email us as quickly as possible. If your order contains e-liquid, we may not be able to cancel your order if your products are already being processed. Orders may not be cancelled if they have an order status of shipped.
