- Any consumable portion of the product including (but not limited to): clearomizers, coils, drip tips, rebuildable items, parts kits, removeable batteries, or product packaging
My product is not working or was DOA (dead on arrival), what should I do?
Please contact us within 3 business days of receiving the defective item. This way, we can troubleshoot the issues you are having and try to come to an expedited resolution. More often than not, problems can be resolved quickly and easily by just troubleshooting.
