Many of our shipping and processing details are relatively straight forward and we hope that you find the following information useful to your shopping experience with us. - FREE SHIPPING: For orders over $50 USD, get your vape mail shipped for FREE (within the continental United States)! The shipping method is determined based on the weight of your order. Priority Mail™ Packages typically arrive within 1-5 days (Monday - Saturday) depending on your location.
- PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING: If free shipping is not available at checkout, Priority Mail is the next best economical option that still places the package in your hands fast!
- PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS™: The fastest service we offer! Packages typically arrive within 1-2 days (Monday - Saturday) depending on your location. Priority Mail Express is the best option if you simply cannot wait to get your order.
If there's one thing we understand here at Texas Select Vapor, it's that you don't want to wait any longer than absolutely necessary to receive your vape mail. That's why we do our absolute best to get all orders shipped in 24 to 48 business hours. We ship orders Monday - Friday excluding national holidays and USPS observed holidays. If you place your order on Friday, please expect your order to ship on the following business day, Monday. The standard method that we use for most orders is USPS. One reason we chose USPS for shipping is because they operate on Saturdays, meaning your order will be moving through the mail with as little downtime as possible. In most cases, if you place your order before 10:30am CST, your order will ship the same day (excluding wholesale)!
When you place an order, texasselectvapor.com will automatically estimate shipping for you based on the availability of your items and compatible shipping options. Depending on the method you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of USPS, all weights will be rounded up to the next full oz. or lbs. If a flat-rate shipping option is shown at checkout, this option is not dependent on the weight of the items in the order.
When your order is shipped, we insure the package with the carrier for the value of the contents. This helps prevent total loss if the package is damaged or lost during transit. Please note that if a package is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipment, the waiting period before a replacement can be shipped is 26 days from the date of shipment.
We do not offer international shipping to retail customers outside of the United States. Exceptions may be made in the case of international US Military addresses if you contact us in advance. On all international shipments (including those going to military addresses), we mark the customs form for the actual value. Any and all customs risks are assumed by the purchaser and we cannot guarantee that you will have trouble free transit through customs. Please be aware of this before contacting customer service to ask for an exception.
