The products within this category operate at the typical voltage of 3.7V. The nice thing about a 3.7V mod is the fact that the power is controlled a little different than the eGo or 510 batteries. The voltage in the eGo and 510 batteries are controlled through a "PWM" or Pulse Width Modulation circuit. This means that the power actually fluctuates when you're using the device, it controls the power like a wave by basically pulsing up to 3.7V and dropping back off and then pulsing up again. This has a lot of benefit when using the 510 or eGo batteries by making the lifespan last a lot longer but at the same time, it doesn't deliver a true solid 3.7V direct current to the atomizer. When you use a 3.7V mod that doesn't operate with PWM, you get a much more solid hit everytime you use it. 

The other advantage to these devices are that the battery life can be extended far beyond what the regular eGo and 510 batteries are capable of. The battery capacity controls how long you will be able to use your device before having to recharge. Here are a couple examples:

510 Battery Capacity: 180mAh through 280mAh

eGo Battery Capacity: 650mAh through 1000mAh

Indulgence V3 Battery Capacity: 3000mAh (It can last up to 3X as long as the largest eGo Battery we offer!)

Another nice feature about using these "Mod" devices is the fact that you can carry spare batteries with you to swap out when the battery inside your device runs out. This means that you never really have to put your device down for charging. We will be offering replacement / spare batteries for these very soon.
